- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete Project 679-10-108 Install Lighting Retrofit (bulbs & fixtures) at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Install Lighting Retrofit, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, Alabama as required by drawings and specifications. The estimated dollar value of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated solicitation issue date is on/about January 10, 2011, with a bid opening date on or about February 10, 2011. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238210 with a size standard of $14.0 million. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). All solicitation packages will be available for downloading from the website www.fedbizopps.gov. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
