Description: This Solicitation is amended due to the inclusion of two additional Strong Bonds Events one 2-5 June 2011, and the other 4-7 August 2011. Due to this increase the quantities of the CLINs has been adjusted, and a statement of work has been added for each of the events in the solicitation. The closing date is hereby extended from 23 December 2010 to 28 December 2010 at 1100 A.M EST.
