Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: District of Columbia City: Washington Delineated Area: Central Employment Area of Washington, DC including NoMA, Southwest Waterfront and Parkside (a detailed map shall be made available on request) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,546 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,573 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: 1) Space shall be provided in a vertical and horizontal contiguous fashion on no more than two floors. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) Legal description •3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. •4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •5) Rentable Square Feet Offered •6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
