Description
Exhibit D Exhibit C Exhibit B Exhibit A Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is AG-9A63-S-11-0008 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326211 and the size standard is 1000 employees. Only one contract will be awarded. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. DESCRIPTION: The Forest Service has a requirement to retrofit 6 tactical water tenders to change the storage configuration of the vehicles. This contract contemplates the full completion of one initial water tender to verify the functionality and acceptability of the retrofit followed by the production run of the remaining water tenders. DELIVERY: The work is expected to begin in early January, 2011 and work on all water tenders shall be complete by May 7, 2011. See statement of work for further clarification. EVALUATION FACTORS. The Government will award the contract to that responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the combined synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Relevant Past Performance, Technical Merits, Convenience for the Government and Price. The non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are approximately equal to price. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: See attached solicitation documents.
