- Note: On 03 Jan, the RFQ was amended to change the solicitation number to HU0001-11-Q-0344. All other information remains unchanged. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) located on the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) in Bethesda, MD intends to purchase Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) testing services from the University of Arizona's College of Medicine. This is a sole-sourced requirement for the University of Arizona's College of Medicine, Department of Medical Sciences (Please see the Justification and Approval for the technical explanation justifying this selection.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HU0011344 and it is being issued as a request for quotation RFQ.
