Solicitation for Nozzle Actuator Test Stand FA8126-11-Q-0011 APPENDIX C SAFETY FA8126-11-Q-0011 NOZZLE ACTUATOR STATEMENT OF WORK FA8126-11-Q-0011 NOZZLE ACTUATOR PURCHASE DESCRIPTION Attached are: - Solicitation - Statement of Work - Purchase Description - Appendix C (Safety) Please note: A site visit is scheduled for 14 JAN 2011 at 0900 hours CST (Central Standard Time). If your company plans on attending it will need to email me by 11 JAN 2011 at 1100 hours (Central Standard Time) letting me know who is attending and their detailed contact information. We will be meeting at the main Pass & ID for Tinker AFB Pass and Registration Center at 0900 hours, CST to gather and take accountability, then we will be leaving the visitor center at 0930 to proceed to the site (with visitor’s passes). We plan on attaining a van from motorpool, but you should bring your vehicle registration and proof of insurance so that you can bring your vehicle on base, just in the case we can’t get a van. Please bring something to write with so you can write down any questions you may have for the customer. You are required to submit all of your questions in writing within 1 day of site visit and all of the answers will be posted on FedBizOpps. QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 18 JAN 2011 at 1100 hours. This is to ensure a fair solicitation process to all potential contractors. You may want to bring additional items so that your company can come up with a more accurate quote.
