RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Contractor SEH Jacobs, Contract Number W912EK-09-D-0006 THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has awarded a firm fixed price task order for Plans and Specifications for Lock No. 27 Major Rehabilitation Lock Wall Tie-Downs, Granite City, Illinois. The Architect-Engineer will provide complete engineering services for the design and preparation of Plans and Specifications, and development of a detailed construction cost estimate for the proposed lock rehabilitation project. This modification will revise the Scope of Work to add engineering expertise to support previous A-E design work for Locks No. 27.
