Ft. (ABOA): 18,117 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,835 USF Space Type: Class A Office Parking Spaces (Total): 103 Parking Spaces (Surface): Greater of 103 spaces or Local Code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: § Space must be contiguous, on a single level.
