Description

DLA Aberdeen Hereby issues a Request for Proposal(RFP) on or about 12 January 2011 for the purchase of Control Display Unit (CDU), CMC Electronics, Part # 100-602296-001, NSN 6625-21-920-0082, and Emergency Control Panel (ECP), CMC Electronics, Part #100-602389-000, NSN 1680-21-918-0119, which will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) Contract. The NAICS code for this item is 334511. This RFP is issued IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The proposed contract instrument is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and acceptable at no additional cost to the government. The contract awarded in response to this REQUEST FOR QUOTATION(RFQ) will be a firm-fixed price contract. To be eligible for award, all offerors must submit documentation evidencing they can, in fact, supply the Army with these items from the manufacturer listed above. Examples of such documentation could include a purchase order or statement from the manufacturer. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and acceptable at no additional cost to the government. This procurement is not subject to a Set-Aside. Delivery will be to New Cumberland Army Depot 7002.
