Each system shall include one (1) each of the following: Helmet Mount Assembly for the PASGT Helmet, Medium and Thick Brow Pads, Eye Guard, Operator's Manual, Demist Shield Assembly, Sacrificial Window Assembly, Carrying Case, Shoulder Strap, Lens Paper, Helmet Mount Adapter for the PASGT Helmet Salient Characteristics: Figure of Merit must not exceed 1400 Resolution (minimum): 57 lp/mm Signal to noise ratio (minimum): 21 Magnification: 1X 0.03 System Distortion: Less than 3% Range Focus: 25 cm to infinity Diopter Adjustment: +2 to -6 diopters Eye Relief: 25 mm (1 in) Field of View: 40 ( 2 ) System Brightness Gain: Adjustable from 25 to more than 3,000 Operating Temperature: -51 C to +49 C Storage Temperature: -51 C to +85 C Weight of Monocular with eyecup, lens cap, neck cord and battery: 355 grams Size: 11.4 cm L x 5.1 cm W x 5.7 cm H (4.5 in L x 2 in W x 2.2 in H) Mount: Weapon Mount Adapter for Picatinny Rail (MIL-STD-1913/STANAG 2324) Required manufacturer logo/stamp for identification on each image intensifier tube Data Sheet for each image intensifier tube with serial number: Yes Must not have a wrap around gated power supply with autogating feature. You MUST state delivery ARO of all HARDWARE. 3. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of ALL ITEMS listed. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made. 5. You MUST reference the FMS case designator on your formal solicitations. 6. Image Intensifier Tube data sheets for each tube with serial numbers shall be sent to CECOM SAMD point of contact after contract award 8. There will be a potential call for an incoming inspection by DCMA to check tubes and tube housings 9. A quality system on tubes and tube housings will be requested after contract award.
