- FOR ALL INFORMATION CONTACT: Sandra Dill, Logistics Management Specialist, 443-861-2937. Current configuration is obsolete so a full re-design of the current capabilities of this system is required. We are open to new ideas and technology as a solution. The following are the current NSNs and part numbers: 5985-01-269-9142, P/N: 10-166544-1 Estimated Qty of 10 and 5985-01-269-9141, P/N: 10-167483-1 Estimated Qty of 10. I am forwarding the information below to be posted to FedBizOps. Please review and if you have any questions feel free to comment or contact me. CECOM/ GUARDRAIL weapon system teams plans to enter into an agreement to have a direct replacement or a solution for a redesign of two (2) CHALS-C Antennas in support of the GUARDRAIL system. Qualified candidates can request frequency ranges. The USG does not have drawings for the equipment. This equipment contains proprietary data that is only the property of the Original Equipment Manufacturer. A list of the equipment is available on request. All interested parties considering submission in support of this request should submit a white paper no greater than 10 pages in length and should include at a minimum the following information: 1) Provide evidence of the contractor's facilities and experience with building the above mentioned antenna. 2) Provide evidence of past performance on similar projects in support of the requested work. 3) The contractor must show knowledge of the GUARDRAIL weapon system and any past history with CHALS-C Antennas in support of this system. This documentation may be mailed to US Army, Commander CECOM LCMC, IEWS-ILS-IAC, Building 6006, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21005 to the attention of Sandra Dill. Documentation may also be sent to electronic address sandra.dill@us.army.mil. To be considered as part of the market research database, documentation should be received no later than 15 October 2010.
