- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Gainesville, FL. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Gainesville City Limits REQUIRED : The Government requires approximately 2,600 usable square feet of space. The space must be contiguous. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than September 30, 2012 OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 19, 2011. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
