- Modification to previous Presolicitation Notice: The Pine Bluff Arsenal has a service requirement for A Domestic Preparedness Equipment Training Assistance Program (DPETAP) & Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) Consequence Management (CM) Program1. All interested Offerors to include Companies with GSA Consolidated Schedule holders with the NAICS Code of 611430 are encouraged to request a copy of Solicitation W911RP-11-R-0003 once it is released. The Offeror shall provide all labor material, and trained personnel to administer a decentralized support program. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver technical data in accordance with DD Form 1423, Domestic Preparedness Equipment Training Assistance Program (DPETAP) & Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) Consequence Management (CM) Program. The program focuses on providing assistance to state and local emergency response agencies and organizations in the areas of maintenance, training, capabilities, limitations, and technical information support of emergency equipment. Training is provided by DPETAP Mobile Teams at no cost to the jurisdiction in the form of Technical Assistance Visits (TAVs). A (TAV) consist of on-site training and selected courses from the DPETAP catalog. These TAV teams provide, training manuals, job aids, training equipment and instructional training on the equipment operation function along with hands-on equipment operation, detailed technical information, maintenance training, and technical support. Students completing the training shall be provided with a certificate of completion. The Government will provide office space, furnishings, office equipment, training equipment, training courses and transportation for accomplishment of requested service. Government furnished equipment provided to the contractor will be returned to the Government in good working order. The contractor shall not use Government furnished facilities, material or equipment to work on projects other than those directed by this scope of work. A requirements contract for one base year + four option years will be awarded. The Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirement Type Contract. All interested Offeror are asked to submit an email stating your Company interest in the solicitation; with the following information, Offeror's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address, Cage Code, DUNS Number and Company Tax ID. Notification as to when and how to obtain a copy of the solicitation from ASFI shall be provided to those interested companies. RFP W911RP-11-R-0003 will be issue on or about 27 Jan 2011 with a closing date on or about 28 Feb 2011. Electronic transmissions and faxes are not permitted for proposal submissions. POC for this action is H. Victoria Thompson; for requesting Solicitation W911RP-11-R-0003, all interested Offeror must be registered in CCR to be eligible for award of a Government contract.
