Description

Brand Name Justification T o PROCURE a Newborn Hearing Screener. The proposed item shall be a Maico MB 11 BERAphone Brand Name or equivalent. This instrument is required for use at the Wright-Patterson AFB Medical Center. Specific requirements to be procured include: 1. (1) Maico MB 11 BERA phone, Part #MAI-707 2. (1) Laptop Cart Opton, Part # MAI-5558 3. The newborn hearing screener cannot utilize disposable supplies which have to be replaced after each use/patient. This is a brand name or equal purchase and any offer must meet all requirements above. This solicitation is a request for quotations. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. The size standard for this effort is 500 employees. NAICS 334510. FOB: destination. Payment Terms Net 30 days: Evaluation of Award will be based on overall Best Value to the Government.
