Description
Performance Work Statement RFI number: PFPA4811043 Notice type: Sources Sought NAICS Code: 334511 The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), is performing market research to determine the availability of sources capable of providing the Itemiser DX Explosives Trace Detector or Brand Name Equivalent. The required salient characteristics are described in the attached Performance Work Statement. Vendors capable of providing this item should submit answers to the following questions: 1)Which can you provide: the Itemiser DX or a Brand Name equivalent (include model name)? 2)Do you hold a GSA Schedule Contract? If yes, what is the Schedule and Category? 3)What is the socio-economic status of your firm (i.e. Small Business, HUB Zone, 8(a))? This RFI is being released by the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition and Procurement (A&PO) on behalf of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). This RFI is being issued for market research purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the requestor to acquire any products or services. If an RFP is issued, it will be issued by the appropriate Government contracting office and posted to the appropriate Government Point of Entry (GPE). The requestor does not intend to pay for the information requested herein. All information provided is for Government planning use only. If proprietary information is provided, please mark as Proprietary for Government Use Only. Submissions: All interested offerors should submit their answers to these questions, not to exceed two (2) pages in length. Submit your response via email to robin.castoldi@whs.mil.
