Description

Synopsis: This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 325412, size standard 750 to provide Radio-Pharmaceuticals to the Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, Columbus, and Chillicothe VA Medical Centers. Items shall be delivered on an AS NEEDED basis only. Contractor's shall provide routine and emergency delivery of orders to the respective delivery locations namely the Nuclear Medicine Section of the Imaging Service. The contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals. Additionally, the contractor shall meet the Department of Transportation, NHPP, FDA, OSHA, and all other agency rules and regulations (Federal and State); the contractor shall abide by the Title Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 10). Contract will be effective February 1st, 2011 through September 30th, 2011. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received not later than Friday, January 28, 2011 at 12:00pm (ET). No telephone inquiries will be accepted. This solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ with an anticipated opening date of January 10, 2010. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (see Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/). All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. All quotations are to be submitted through email to the attention of Ron Smith, Contracting Officer or hard copies may sent to Dayton VA Medical Center, Contracting, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428-9000 by January 28th at 12:00PM. Awards may be to multiple offerors for lowest price items. Perspective contractor's shall not amend, modify, or delete this solicitation, its documents and clauses in any way. Any contractor who violates this instruction may be determined "non responsive" and may be eliminated from competition.
