- This is a sole-source procurement to BAE Steel Products Division (BAE). This specification establishes the requirement to provide a secure contractor's facility, all labor, materials and equipment to purchase M113 FOV parts to be used in overhaul/reset and Fully Mission Capable (FMC) vehicles, kit mandatory replacement parts and perform joint technical inspections (TI) with Anniston Army Depot (ANAD). Exact specifications and requirements will be explained in the solicitation. North American Industry Classification System Code is 336992; size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 14 January 2011. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
