Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A COMPETITIVE BIDS. The Department of Veterans' Affairs, West Palm Beach FL Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate design/build contract for replacement and upgrade of the four existing exterior vestibule entrances located on the Medical Center Campus in West Palm Beach. This acquisition will be a 100% SDVOSB set aside. In order to be considered eligible to participate in this solicitation, all respondents MUST be a currently registered in the Contract Central Database (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. In addition, the firm must be registered in Veterans Business Database located at https://www.vetbiz.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220. The cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The solicitation for this procurement is estimated to be released on or before January 25, 2011. Interested parties are encouraged to continuously check the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fbo.gov for further information concerning this acquisition. Once the solicitation has been announced, a point of contact for questions will be established.
