FISCN Portsmouth Annex, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via a 100% small business set-aside, a firm fixed-price contract in accordance with the information in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13 for the procurement of a Hull Level Insert to be manufactured in accordance with a drawing. The drawing shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, N00189-11-Q-P316, shall be posted on or about 14 Jan 2011 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 332312 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Lack of current registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
