Description
BASE ITEM: Diving Services for Underwater Survey, Lake Washington Ship Canal Small Lock Navigation Wall and Stilling Basin. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary for a five (5) person crew to perform an underwater Survey of the Small Lock Navigation Wall and Apron at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Lake Washington Ship Canal, 3015 NW 54th Street, Seattle, Washington in accordance with the Performance Work Statement entiltled "Dive Surveys for the LWSC Small Lock Navigation Wall and Stilling Basin". Crew shall consist of four (4) Divers, three (3) with current diving qualifications, plus the supervisor, and one (1) sonar software operator who may also record measurements and take notes of the dive survey. Dives shall take place during the period January 10, 2011 through May 31, 2011. Weekly Dives (4-man dive crew plus 1 sonar operator) during the period January 10, 2011 through February 18, 2011 in accordance with paragraph 1.2 and 1.2.1 of the PWS. (NOTE: Dives shall be scheduled for approximately every 7 - 10 days.) Qty-4 Dives Unit Price $4,850.00 per Dive Four (4) additional Dives (4-man dive crew plus 1 sonar operator) shall take place after completion of first four (4) weekly dives and shall be completed on May 31, 2011 in accordance with paragraph 1.2 and 1.2.1 of the PWS. (NOTE: Dives shall be scheduled for approximately every 14 - 21 days.) Qty-4 Dives OPTION ITEM: Diving Services for Underwater Survey, Lake Washington Ship Canal Small Lock Navigation Wall and Stilling Basin. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary for a five (5) person crew to perform an underwater Survey of the Small Lock Navigation Wall and Apron at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Lake Washington Ship Canal, 3015 NW 54th Street, Seattle, Washington in accordance with the Performance Work Statement entiltled "Dive Surveys for the LWSC Small Lock Navigation Wall and Stilling Basin".
