- Home Infusion and Skilled Nursing Services: Southeast Louisiana Veteran Health Care System, 1515 Poydras Street Suite 703, New Orleans LA 70112 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity For: Home Infusion and Skilled Nursing Services. Service shall include supplies, equipment, medications and infusion solutions and nursing services in accordance with the statement of work. The contractor shall perform all pharmacy compounding using aseptic techniques in a laminar flow hood and provide all other in home skilled care and supervision necessary to provide home infusion therapy services and other nursing services in conjunction with home infusion if ordered by a VA physician to eligible veterans of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, as indicated in the statement of work. Interested contractors shall be required to service the following catchment areas: Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Slidell, Hammond, St.John, Houma, Bogalusa, and Franklin LA and surrounding areas. Period of performance for this requirement shall be on or before May 1, 2011 thru September 30, 2011, plus four (4) one-year options for renewal. The proposed method of procurement for this requirement is unrestricted due to insufficient small businesses found through market research. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621610 with a size standard of $13.5 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. We anticipate issuing the solicitation on or about January 28, 2011 with a closing date on or about March 14, 2011 @ 2:00 O ™clock CST.
