Description

11-233-SOL-00058 THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The PROGRAM SUPPORT CENTER intends to award a twelve (12) month sole source purchase order with the potential for four, twelve-month, option periods using simplified acquisition procedures to the MarcParc, Inc., 1233 20th St NW, Ste 104, Washington, DC 20036-2519. Please find attached the Notice 11-233-SOL-00058. Due to a relocation of offices within the Program Support Center, parking permits are needed at the new location of 7700 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814. MarcParc, Inc. is the sole parking operator for parking spaces at the above required location. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirements. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 812930 and the Size Standard is $35.5M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 41.U.S.C.253(c) (1), as set forth in FAR 13.106-1(B) (2). Comments to this announcement, referencing synopsis number 11-233-SOL-00058 must be submitted to Contract Specialist, Ms. Jennifer Schlegel, electronically via email to Jennifer.Schlegel@PSC.hhs.gov.
