Description

RFQ for RM Services for Vacuum Furnaces & Polycold Chillers DOL Wage Determination Safety Ap C Ap A Attachments The Air Force intends to issue a contract for Remedial Maintenance (RM) Services for Vacuum Furnaces and Polycold Chillers at Tinker AFB, OK. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, test equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), reflective clothing, hearing & eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment, fire extinguisher(s), fall protection, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Remedial Maintenance on Vaccum Furnaces and Polycold Chillers. A Commercial Time & Material Contract is contemplated. The estimated Basic Period of Performance is 01 March 2011 to 29 Feb 2012 The estimated Option I Period of Performance is 01 March 2012 to 28 Feb 2013 The estimated Option II Period of Performance is 01 March 2013 to 28 Feb 2014 Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically @ http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7.0M. This requirement has been set aside for Small Business (SB). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: THE SOLICITATION/REFERENCE NUMBER IS CHANGED FROM F3YCEB0286AQ01 TO FA8125-11-Q-0022.
