Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for concrete repair in the outlet works stilling basin, replacement of a weir wall, and a construction of a transformer oil containment system at Palisades Powerplant, near Palisades, Idaho. The principle components of the project are: saw cutting existing concrete, removing and replacing existing concrete, furnishing and placing concrete for oil containment barrier and retaining wall, drilling holes for drains and rebar placement, and furnishing and installing pipe. Palisades Powerplant is located approximately 55 miles southeast of Idaho Falls, Idaho, in Bonneville County. This requirement will be issued as a sealed bid procurement. This requirement is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The estimated dollar range of this procurement is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110 and the small business size standard is $14 million. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY February 3, 2011, at www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered in CCR prior to the awarding of any contract - see www.ccr.gov.
