- Specification of Work Full Cobmined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-11-Q-PV1H86 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). HSCG80-11-Q-PV1H86 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-48. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 336611 is 1000 employees. A Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the base items is anticipated. The anticipated award date is on or about February 25, 2011. Work covered by this solicitation shall be completed within thirty-two (32) calendar days from the date the vessel becomes available to the contractor. The availability is scheduled to start on or about March 15, 2011 and end on or about April 15, 2011. The Place of Performance will be at the USCGC SEA FOX (WPB-87374) home moorings located at T-035 Harder Road, Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor, Silverdale, WA 98315.
