- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Learning From Our Legacy "Seminars" for PBS Central Office Solicitation Number: GS-00P-11-CY-D-0043 Agency: General Services Administration (GSA) Office: Public Building Services (PBS) Location: Washington DC The United States General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) has a requirement to furnish ongoing training services for the PBS Academy's "Learning from Our Legacy" seminars. These seminars are GSA project specific and require the contractor to be familiar with writing case studies on projects and teaching seminars using the case study method. In addition, the contractor must have expertise in the areas of real estate, architecture, engineering, project management, and other aspects of building projects. The services include case study development and updates and classroom seminar training. Services to be performed shall be GSA project specific and require the contractor to be familiar With writing case studies on projects and teaching seminars using the case study method. In addition, the contractor must have expertise in the areas of real estate, architecture, engineering, project management, and other aspects of building projects. The services include case study development and updates and classroom seminar training. The solicitation is a recompete for a new contract to replace an existing contract that will expire on February 8, 2011. A five-year contract consisting of one 12-month base year and four consecutive option years is anticipated in the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). A single-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a guaranteed minimum amount is expected to result from this procurement. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 611430 and the size limit standard is $2.5 million. The entire solicitation and any amendments will be made available for downloading on or about Tuesday, 25, 2010, from the Federal Business Opportunities Website www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. Questions will be due by Thursday, January 27, 2011. Response to the RFP will be due on or about Wednesday, February 2, 2011. All information required for the submission of an offer will be contained in the electronic RFP. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being considered for award.
