- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Logistics Service Area has a requirement for Elevator Refurbishments at the following locations: Greensboro, NC; Florence, SC; and Myrtle Beach, SC. This requirement is "FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors. The small business standard size is $14 Million average annual receipts over the past three fiscal years. The estimated price ranges for these project are:$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 (Myrtle Beach)$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 (Greensboro and Florence) Estimated performance time: 45 calendar days (Myrtle Beach); 90 calendar days (Greensboro and Florence) Due date for offers: February 11, 2011; 4:00 p.m.Estimated start date for project: Spring 2011 Site visit point of contacts for each location are listed in Section F of the solicitation. *****All attachments are available on the website. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
