Description

The Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,500 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space in the Springville, CA area. This space will house the Western Divide Ranger District Office, Sequoia National Forest. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,500 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The Government is also looking for 30 secured parking spaces for official vehicles and 70 spaces for visitor and employee parking. The lease term is 15 years with the right to terminate at any time after the first ten years with 90 days notice. The space must be available for occupancy by June 1, 2012. The space must be located within 0.2 miles on either side of Highway 190 between the junction of Highway 190 and Success Valley Drive near Lake Success, and the forest boundary east of Springville, CA.
