- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) F3QCCM0336A001. Sole Source to Zodiac Data Systems, Inc., 11800 Amber Park Dr., Ste 140, Alpharetta GA 30009-2269. See Note 22 NAICS Code: 334111 Purchase of HEIM Ground Station Recorder with Signal Interface Modules and Built-in Hard Drives, with cables and Blu-Ray R W Drives, including extended warranty. Quantity: 1 each Justification for Sole Source/Name Brand Only: The HEIM Ground Station Recorder will provide Chapter 10 recording capavilities to the HH-60 Pave Hawk EISE node. It will provide industry standard recording capabilities for the 580 th SMXS Quality Metrics Upgrade and be supportive in the Multi-Function Color Display upgrade. Information received from the 413 th FLTS at Hurlburt Field, it was decided that the HEIM recording equipment best fitted the need at Robins AFB. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number and taxpayer ID number.
