Description

The purpose of this modification is to correct the Reference Contract # from FA8106-07-C-0003 to F34604-01-C-0053. The reference number shown in the solitation # field of this notice cannot be changed due to system limitations. The correct contract reference # for this notice is F34604-01-C-0053. All other posted information remains unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/notice of proposed sole-source contract action for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This announcement constitutes the only notice of a sole-source modification for the extension of FAR Part 12 contract F34601-01-C-0053, CLS for two E-9A aircraft, for an initial option period of 10-months with two (2) additional one-month each, options. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only King Aerospace Inc, Addison, Tx. under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
