SF 18 containing product/service details Sole Source J&A DESCRIPTION: This posting is to publicize the intent to make a Sole Source purchase of a web-based clinical information subscription. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification This notification for a sole source requirement is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (Contracting) intends to award a 12-month subscription and licensing agreement to UpToDate, Inc., 95 Sawyer Road, STE 120, Waltham, MA 02453. This notification is advertised as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00183-11-T-0088. Please see the attached RFQ to review the incorporated FAR Clauses, Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Clause, local clauses, and description of supplies/services. Period of performance is 12 months. Delivery is FOB Destination. NAICS Code: 511120 Size Standard: $25 MIL All contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award for solicitations issued after 31 May 1998.
