- MT847-10 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is MT847-11 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The North American Industry Classification System code is 331111 and the SIC is 3441. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a two-year, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for commercial item(s).
