Solicitation is for 100 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 90 days After Receipt of Order. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is February 14, 2011 with a closing date of March, 14, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date.
