- Description
- This solicitation SPM4A7-11-R-1597, PR# IQC11010009063 for NSN 1560-01-272-6638, Part Number 74A735626-1003 (F-18 Aircraft: Plate Assembly, Conn). This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years with a minimum quantity of 22 each and a maximum quantity of 155 each. The required delivery schedule is 370 days AFAA. This solicitation will be solicited Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis. There is a Contractor First Article Test required, Contractor Production Lot Test and Export Control applies. This NSN is a Critical application item and is not commercial. This NSN also requires CDRL requirements. There are three approved sources of supply: Mod-A-Can Inc, Cage 54709, Boeing Company, The, Cage 76301 and Northrop Grumman Systems, Cage 76823. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is as follows: NSN: 1560-01-272-6638; Base Year AEQ: 79 each; Option Year AEQ: 79 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Origin. This NSN has a Contractor First Article Test and a Contractor Production Lot Test requirement for one (1) sample size. First Article test report is due in 90 days after receipt of award. Production Lot test is due in 30 days after receipt of award. Requested delivery is 120 days after first article approval. Total delivery including testing and production is 370 AFAA. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 14 February 2011. The anticipated award date is 20 May 2011. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
