Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Note: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island is NOT accepting quotes or proposals via submission through NECO. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, RI intends to solicit offers for a five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the following Circuit Card Assemblies: Stave Signal Conditioner/Digitizer CCA in accordance with ARL Drawing AN002152; Control Telemetry CCA in accordance with ARL Drawing AN002157; Fiber Optic Interface CCA in accordance with ARL Drawing AN002170; Stave Interconnect CCA in accordance with ARL Drawing AN002162; Flex Telemetry Feedthrough Assembly in accordance with ARL Drawing AN002166. The drawings will not be posted on our website due to the restricted distribution statements. In order to receive a copy of the drawings, your company must be certified under the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Send an email request for the drawings to Andrew Josephs at andrew.j.josephs@navy.mil or Brett Griffin at brett.griffin@navy.mil citing RFQ N66604-11-R-0161, and include your company name, address, JCP and CAGE code number, telephone number, and point of contact. CD-ROMs will be sent once JCP registration is confirmed. This acquisition is anticipated to be set aside for Small Businesses. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334418, size standard is 500 employees. The anticipated posting date of solicitation N66604-11-R-0161 is on or about 7 Feb 2011 with a closing date or on about 7 March 2011. All responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation. The technical proposal evaluation criteria include price and past performance. The award decision will be made on a Best Value basis considering both cost and technical factors. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
