- GSA, FAS intends to establish a à œnot to exceedà twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one National Stock Number (NSN) in the FSC 8030. The SPQ period will be date of award not to exceed one year. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin, Prepay and Add with a requested 30-day delivery or less. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery.
