- Synopsis Solicitation is for NSN 5977-01-316-3888 under PR IQC08282009069 for the item Brush Assembly, Spec. The following information applies to the NSN: This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base and four option periods. This is an unrestricted procurement which requires FOB: Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. This item is source controlled to, MOOG Inc., CAGE 99932, P/N AW3018-9. Delivery will be 144 days ARO for the production units. Surge requirements are not applicable to this buy. Specifications relating to the procurement cannot be furnished by the government. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
