- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to award a Requirement Contract for Burial Services for the U.S. Soldier's Airmen's Home National Cemetery. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, competitively negotiated requirement. The contract will be awarded for a base year with two one year options. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the Solicitation Number W91QV1-11-T-0026 and has been evaluated as Best Value to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (1) Mission Capability; (2) Past Performance; and (3) Price. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 31 January 2011, online at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) IS 9930 and NAICS code IS 812220 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is $7.0M. This procurement is Unrestricted.
