- Justification and Approval This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation with a period of performance for one year - MARCH 1, 2011 THROUGH FEB 29, 2012. Vendor to provide ANNUAL SOFTWARE RENEWAL OF THE ANALYTICAL GRAPHICS, INC. (AGI) SATELLITE TOOL KIT (STK) FOR COLLECTION MANAGEMENT MISSION APPLICATION (CMMA). QUANTITY - FORTY (40). The solicitation number is N0001511020 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The following clauses and provisions are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-- Commercial Items with addenda in attached RFQ. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, offerors' proposals will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria in the attached RFQ. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contracts Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. The clauses and provisions are available in full text at http://www.arnet.gov/far. In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database to receive a contract award.
