- Description: CYLINDER ASSEMBLY, HYDRAULIC BRAKE, WHEEL Goodrich Corporation (97153) P/N 116-94 Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 1,046 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1630-01-236-4779, PR 0028385442. Delivery requirement is 175 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
