- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia Construction & Equipment Directorate FCFC intends to issue an unrestricted Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) solicitation for NSNs numbered 9320-01-224-4348 Tile Reflector (P/N 8900-20) and 9320-01-240-5534 Tile Absorber (P/N 890021). Both NSNs are Non-Commercial items. The only approved source is Westland Technology, cage 0SX38. Offerors that are not approved sources must submit documentation for approval indicating the material originated from the source listed on the product identification text. A delivery time of 85 days after receipt of order (DARO) by FOB Destination requested to CONUS DLA Depots (stock). The Contract shall have a base term of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year Options. Since, this acquisition will be solilcited on an unrestricted basis (small business set-asides do not apply for this acquisition). Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation will include Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. NOTE: Please reference solicitation number SPM8E3-11-R-0002. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, the DIBBS website, after the solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the main window tool bar. Then search by Solcitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. The following is additonal information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. After solicitation opening date, copies of the solicitation will be available on the DIBBS website. Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to solicitation. The anticipated issued date of February 24, 2011 with an expected closing date of March 24,2011. These dates are subject to change. Offerors are instructed to submit prices in the spaces provided for the applicable 2 NSNs in the solicitation. Prices are to be submitted on an FOB basis.
