- Request for Quotation A11053 In accordance with FAR 12.603 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is A-11-053. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48, effective January 31, 2011 (iv) There is no set-aside contemplated for this award. The NAICS code is 722310, which has a size standard of $35.5 million. (v) See the attached file for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure (including options). (vi) See the attached file for a description of the requirement for the services to be acquired. (vii) See the attached file for the dates and places of delivery and acceptance. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, as set forth in the attached file, applies to this acquisition. See this provision in the attached file for, among other things, a list of what must be submitted as part of a quotation. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, as set forth in the attached file applies to this acquisition. See this provision in the attached file for the specific evaluation criteria. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the submitted quotation. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, as does an addendum to 52.212-4. See the attached file for the specific text. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See the attached file for the specific text and a list of additional FAR clauses applicable to this acquisition. (xiii) See the attached file for additional contract requirements and terms and conditions. (xiv) DPAS is not applicable to this acquisition. (xv) Quotations are due and must be submitted no later than the Response Date, which is 12:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday February 24, 2011. Quotations must be submitted by email to the email addresses listed below for the Points of Contact. (xvi) The names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of the individuals to contact for information regarding this solicitation are listed below as the Primary and Secondary Points of Contact. IMPORTANT: Please ensure your quotation is sent with enough time before the deadline to reach the Points of Contact by the Response Date. In addition, please ensure that your quotation includes: 1) the items set forth in paragraphs (b)(1) through (b)(10) in the 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors-Commercial Items (JUN 2008) clause set forth in the attached file.
