- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to procure, on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis, one (1) High Shock Amp MIL-DTL-17361 AQB molded case current limiting (fuseless) electronic circuit breaker. Specific specifications of the fuseless electronic circuit breaker will be included in the RFQ. The Request for Quotation will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS or NECO.Navy.mil on or after 28 February 2011. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation. The RFQ will be available electronically “ no hard copies will be sent. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions.
