- NSN 5960-00-985-8983, IQC11027009041, Electron Tube. This requirement is for a long term contract, estimated annual requirement of 306 each. Item is solicited under full and open competition. First Article Testing is not required. Any sources quoting must be approved on the QPL at time of award. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. Min order quantity: 26 each. Max order quantity: 306 each. Average order quantity is 26 each. Delivery is 50 in 150 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 50 per month. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin to various Conus locations. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of March 2, 2011. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Data is also available on this website. This solicitation is unrestricted and not aside for small business. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
