- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-RP-11-0088 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to Raise, Realign, Clean Upright Headstones & Provide Turf Renovation in sections 14,15 69, 70, 71 and 72 at the Calverton National Cemetery located in Calverton, New York. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist in writing at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 18, 2011. The Response date of the solicitation will be noted on the SF-1449, Block 8. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
