Description
REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 2 years for approximately 15,780 rentable square feet of office space. The Government currently occupies 15,780 rentable square feet of office space at 11706 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, Virginia which expires October 26, 2011 under GSA lease number GS-03B-00321. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. LOCATION: The delineated area is as follows: NORTH: The drainage ditch in between the odd address number side of Middle Ground Boulevard and Jefferson Lab/Canon EAST: I-64 SOUTH: J Clyde Morris Boulevard WEST: Jefferson Ave. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 26, 2011. Expressions of interest must be received no later than February 18, 2011 and include the following: 1. Building name and address, parking information and associated literature with AutoCad 1/8" scaled floor plans. 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and ANSI/BOMA usable rate per square foot. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
