Description

DLA Aberdeen anticipates issuing a request for proposal (RFP) on or about 18 February 2011 FOR ID-1917C with ITO Glass, NSN (S), 5841-01-581-9338. The NAICS code for these items is 336413. The manufacturer authorized supplier is Honeywell, (CAGE 94580). The RFP will be issued using other than full and open competition procedures. The RFP will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract (FFP). The required quantity is 50 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination and inspection at origin is required. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. To be eligible for award, all offerors must submit documentation evidencing they can, in fact, supply the army with these items from the supplier listed above. Examples of such documentation include a purchase order or statement from the supplier. Delivery will be to New Cumberland Army Depot 7002.
