Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Environmental Information (OEI), Enterprise Desktop Services Division (EDSD), intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Red Sky Technologies under the authority of FAR.6.302-1 for other than full and open competition using simplified acquisition procedures only one source for a twelve-month maintenance and support agreement for EPA's Headquarters 911 system. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. All interested firms that believe they are fully capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated above may submit a capability statement, which if received within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement that provides evidence that competing the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the purchase order is solely within the discretion of the Government. All capabilities or questions about this notice shall be sent to Lin Pinskey, Contracting Officer at pinskey.lin@epa.gov. No phone calls will be accepted and no oral communications are acceptable in response to this notice.
