Phones and Internet Services STATEMENT OF WORK For NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE DETACHMENT ANNAPOLIS TELEPHONE/INTERNET SERVICE •1.0 REFERENCES: •1. PEATEC Quote •2.0 OVERVIEW •1. NSW Detachment Annapolis requires Telephone and internet services at its Warehouse located at 7520 Connelley Drive in Hanover MD. •3.0 BACKGROUND •1. Naval Special Warfare Command, Detachment Annapolis has a telephone and internet services account that was previously administered via the US Naval Academy. Recent restructuring no longer allows for the current service to be administered in this fashion. This Statement of Work defines services that need to be shifted and placed under new contract a quote was received from PAETEC based on previous usage and is included as reference 1. The quote has been reviewed and accurately reflects required services and is based on previous usage over time. •4.0 OBJECTIVES •1. Place telephone and internet services for Naval Special Warfare Command, Detachment Annapolis under contract. •5.0 SCOPE •1. Provide 3Mb Dynamic IP Port T1 line divided into internet and voice service. •2. Internet service bandwidth of not less than 2.5M Mbps, unlimited usage. •3. 5 usable Static IP addresses. •4. Provide porting of 20 existing DID Station Numbers •5. Provide Managed Router products required. •6. Provide integrated local and long distance bundle of 2500 minutes of combined usage. •7. 2 copper analog phone lines compatible for FAX or Secure Telephone usage. •8. Setup, installation and test of described equipment. •6.0 DELIVERY •1. Monthly statements will be mailed to Naval Special Warfare Command, Detachment Annapolis. •2. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow or by Credit Card or Convenience Check. •3. The period of performance will be from 1 Apr 2011 to 31 Mar 2012
