- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F1S0AF1013B001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will be issued. This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing Five (5) Each HITACHI 3CCD Camera P/N HV-D30, and Five (5) Each Manual Zoom Lens P/N C31204TH that meet the Minimum Salient Characteristics.
